DGE had completed an integration of two departments, with DGE Academy merging with DGE Talent. As part of that integration they were introducing a new theme, Faster, Stronger, Better Together, and were looking for a short engagement activity that would help bring the theme to life within a limited time frame.

Code Crackers was selected for its strong connection to the theme of breakthrough thinking and improvement. The exercise helps people understand that new ideas and new neural pathways can be created by asking the right questions, and Code Crackers delivers that in simulation format. It enabled the message to be delivered in a fun, experiential way, even within a limited time frame.
